We guarantee satisfaction or your money back for your last scheduled service regardless of type or amount of services performed.

2.      If after (3) complete continuous electric bill cycles, you do not save 10% compared to last year, Energy Sheriffs will refund 100% of your fee paid for our repair services.  Money Back Guarantee applies to repairs performed in excess of $800/per home/one invoice. 

3.      Money back guarantee, claim period, expires, 30 days after completion of (3) complete continuous electric billing cycles.

4.      Saving calculation is based on (dollars) saved, including utility fees, not on kwh saved.  Savings estimates based on electric usage of 6 hrs/day at ¢ 0.12kw/hr.

5.      Energy Sheriffs must review (before and post) service electric bills and re-inspect your property, at no cost to you, prior to issuing any refunds. Refunds take 60 days to be issued.

6.      Money Back Guarantee is void without the use of programmable Thermostat (s) and/or homes with fireplaces (s) & electric pool and/or spa heaters.

7.      Electric savings are an estimate and can range between 1% to 10%, when repairs work is less than $800.00

8.      Savings % fluctuates, month to month, depending on use and behavior of users, age of equipment, size and type or property and season of the year.
